TERMS OF USE
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of maturity in the province in which they reside. No person who is employed by Canada’s Toy Warehouse or its affiliate companies, and no family member of such employee, may enter the Contest.
HOW TO ENTER
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. Enter the contest by uploading your photos to our Facebook and Instagram pages and tagging @CanadasToyWarehouse with the hashtag #ToyWarehouse, unless otherwise stated.
When a winner is selected, they will be contacted through Facebook/Instagram. Prize must be claimed within 48 hours.
RULES
Only the individual who submits/uploads the photo will enter to win. Two or more of the same photo uploaded will automatically be withdrawn from the competition.
Photos submitted to our photo contests outside of their running dates will not be entered.
VALUE
The prize may not be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to any third party.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning the contest are dependent on the number of entrants for the contest at any given time.
RELEASE OF PRIVACY RIGHTS
By entering this contest, each declared winner consents to the contest organizers, their representatives to use, at their sole discretion their name and photograph.
GENERAL
Prizewinners shall be responsible for all costs and expenses that do not explicitly form part of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, shipping fees and gratuities.
Canada’s Toy Warehouse may at its sole discretion substitute a prize or a portion thereof with an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
Canada’s Toy Warehouse reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the contest at their discretion.
The winner also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations for pick up.
By entering the Contest, all persons are deemed to have read and to have accepted these rules and regulations.
