All packages and returns will be sent through Canada Post. If you’re based in the Unites States, Shipments will be redirected to Purolator.
Delivery’s will usually take 1-3 business days to be processed. This may alter based on seasonal demand.
Our team will prepare your order, then ship it via Canada Post. You will get a tracking number and shipment email notification once your order is in-transit.
An invoice will automatically be sent to your email on file once your order is placed.
All shipments will be sent from our warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Yes, we ship to the United States and Canada only.

If you receive an item that is defective , please follow the return process and your item will be refunded.
Visit our return page and enter your order number to start your return.
Step 1: Print Out the return label prompted on the screen.
Step 2: Put the items to return in the same or similar package.
Step 3: Seal the package and tape the return label to the outside of the box.
Step 4: Take it to the nearest carrier location to be delivered.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please wait 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed. You will get an email confirmation once we initiate the refund process
